The entertainment and BBQ is set for the 4th Annual BBQ & Bluegrass at Jump-Off Rock, Saturday May 18, 2013. Back by popular demand from last year is Rocky Flats Bluegrass Band. This Hendersonville based band will play many traditional bluegrass favorites and we guarantee they will keep you on your feet. Rocky Flats Bluegrass takes the stage 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM.

Appalachian Fire Bluegrass Band
Coming to Jump-Off Rock for their first performance is the much sought after Appalachian Fire Bluegrass Band. They too will play traditional tunes and favorites many will be acquainted with. Appalachian Fire takes the stage from 7PM to 9PM.
Pitt Boss Boys
BBQ will be prepared by Pitt Boss BBQ. Hardy helpings of Pulled Polk & Chicken BBQ with traditional sides will be served from 5 PM to 8:00 PM. Plenty of Tea and Water will be provided. Improved serving service will prevent long food lines and you can eat anytime you wish during the specified time. Plenty food will be on hand.
Bring your lawn chairs, coolers, blankets and enjoy a beautiful sunset and an evening filled food entertainment and fellowship. Beer and wine is welcome and we ask you drink responsibly. Adquate rest room facilities for men and women will be available. Improved parking plan will shorten the distance from the park to your car. Adequate sound system will enhance your entertainment experience. Tickets will be on sale soon here on line, Laurel Park Town Hall and Laurel Park Wine Market. Jump-Off Rock Park will be closed to the public at 4PM the day of the event. Admission will be by ticket only which includes dinner, music, and entertainment. WE HAVE LIMITED TICKETS TO A SMALLER NUMBER THIS YEAR TO ACCOMODATE OUR PATRONS MORE EFFICIENTLY, SO BUY YOUR TICKETS BEFORE THEY SALE OUT!

Buy tickets now for the 2013 LPCA annual business meeting and dinner at the Hendersonville Country Club on Tuesday, June 18th. Social time at 6:00 PM, dinner at 6:30 PM followed by the annual business meeting and the "State of the Town" report from Mayor Carey O'Cain. Cash bar available.

The LPCA Board Meetings on new schedule for 2013
The LPCA monthly board meetings will be the second Wednesday of each month. The board meets at Laurel Park Town Hall from 9 A.M. to 10 A.M. All meeting are open to the public. Check the Board Meeting Page for dates.
